{UAH} Criminality Continues unabated

The police have given their version of events with evidence which is
being disputed in some circles. (woman knocked, accident motor cycle
he was riding, first medical attention, and witness of accident)

Family members are adamant though that he was murdered i.e. that one
person visited him at Mulago before he died that sent Ziggy Wyne into
a state of spasms and shock.
That he was called on phone before he left home and family was
intimidated into keeping quite about what happened to Ziggy Wyne.

In my long life, I have also dismissed secrecy at times as a waste of
time, unless there are very clear and critical short-term reasons -
overtime the facts come out.
