I have advised the Baganda to expressly get some form of basic
military training and your children. Tell them about what has happened
since the 1960s.

It is difficult to know the direction Uganda takes after NRM.

But one thing is more probable to almost 60% - chaos might engulf this
region in a manner that might surprise many.
