JOHONYATTA THE NEW NAME COINED FOR SGR CARGO DIRECTIVE

THIS JOHONYATTA name refashioned from the names of Joho and Uhuru Ke-Nyatta to symbolise tye SGR cargo order was coined by cartoonist Maddo in Standard on Saturday September 28 2019.

In his cartoon Maddo depicts original cargo directive was made by Dr Gakuo father of present First Lady when he was MD Kenya Railways forcing cargo owners to use his transport company not the railways.His order effectively led to the railway line losing money. His son-in-law Uhuru is doing the opposite effectively causing road transporters to lose money.

PLEASE THOSE IN MOMBASA ENSURE THIS CARTOON REACHES THE TRUCKERS AHEAD OF THEIR DEMO ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 30.
