{UAH} Industry Life Span - Uganda's Future

What is the life span of any industrial establishment?

From mid 1800 to 1970 an industry establishment life span stretched
from 70 years -90 years.

Currently with changes in innovation and technologies, the life span
has reduced to less than 17 years.

Motor Industrial complex collapse
Garments Industry
Mobile /Land-phone industry
Watch Industry
Plastic Industry
Petro Chemical industry etc.

How is Uganda figuring out how o build her industrial base?
