Both pictures above shows members of young people gangs
Those who murdered Nagirinya and Kitayimbwa are said belong to B13
gang that has operated in Natete, Rubaga for sometime.
And indeed several high profile murders, these gangs have been
commissioned to committee crime at different levels for a pay!
Those who kidnapped baby Amos Matovu is a notorious Three Star gang
operating in Luweero areas.
Follow what happens with crime
Does the word gang and crime sound typical?
Notice that Uganda types of gangs are loose groups normally involved
in low-level thuggery and stealing. They normally break up as they
mature. But reading from what has happened for example in Europe these
groups can mutate when they start realising they can get high earning
from crime.
To kill Nagirinya and Kitayimbwa they got 130'000 each.
The state therefore reading from the USA, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil
must disallow gang formation of any type if these young people purpose
is to get involved in low or high level criminality including being
used by the state.
