Kitagenda is a former Flying Squad Commander in charge of Kampala North. When he was arrested in June 2018,( last year ) in the process of changing his passport details to escape to Canada where one of his brothers lives, he confessed before CMI, ISO and other intelligence agencies that he is one who led the mission that put AIGP Felix Kaweesi's RIP out of action.
He actually confessed that he is the one who stopped Kaweesi's car pretending to have a mechanical problem with his motorcycle because they were known to each other. He added that his participation in this mission was from orders from above and he did not personally have any grudge with Kaweesi since they had know each other before they joined the force.
Innocent muslims continue to be tortured as a result of this murder whose planners and executors are known by the state! Their families are suffering and no one seems to listen to their plea!
Naye ddala abasiramu lwaki mutuliisa akakanja?
Lwaki mutuyimbya endubaale?
Lwaki mutukooza akajiri?
