Do you know the difference between pain and suffering?
Pain is always there, because life can be painful. But suffering is a choice. Ugandans are suffering under Museveni's regime, and, for some reason, the suffering hasn't United them to remove the person causing it. Everyone is thumping their chest, like they could do it alone. For example, I listened to Norbert Mao last week , and he likened Bobi Wine to Ssebagala of 1999- 2001. He said that people power(PP) needs DP, not the other way round, and that DP cannot endorse Bobi for presidency without a Delegates Conference.
PP guys are up in arms with FDC after the Hoima elections. They insult Besigye almost daily, and they are spreading propaganda against him. One wonders when all this is gonna end.
Despite the open rigging that took place in Hoima, everyone is blaming everyone- it's a blame game, and it's nasty. As a result, nobody is even willing to challenge the official results in court. Meanwhile, Museveni is matching on!
