Ugandans in Stockholm, London City, Copenhagen, Toronto, New York,
California are working for big corporations, Tram system, Railway
System, Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Real Estates, Financial
Corporation and Telecom Companies

These Ugandan can as well finance and run companies to implement
Kampala Tram Master Plan, Develop Government City Program, fund and
implement NHCC projects, Extend UTL services to Real Estate instead of
Chinese companies.

And they are Ugandans the money will remain in Uganda.

Write to Speaker Hon. Rebecca Kadaga and President Museveni to as soon
as possible set up US dollar infrastructure development investment
vehicle where tens of Uganda registered associations by Uganda
diasporas can borrow interest free or low money from their domicile
countries to reinvest in infrastructure development in the region.

I have attached interest rate growth since 2008 to date in the Euro
Zone. It is almost a similar trend in North America.

Association members should be encouraged to pool resources and win
bigger loans of between US $ 30 -40 +dollars in equity funding for
reinvestment.

There is need to remove taxes accrued as an incentive to invest more
so that many diasporas association can be able to have long term
investment.

UNAA can raise more than US $ 100 dollars, Teso, Basoga, Baganda Bummu
, Banyakigezi, Acoli, you name it. There is need for an enabling law
on diasporas dollar investments.

The above associations can each invest in a region of US $ 40 – to US
$ 150 million

With those association funds; Entebbe, Jinja, Gulu, Mbarara, Kabale,
Oraba and Kampala, can build a surface metro, Modular community double
or multi storey homes, small industrial establishment etc.

Uganda diasporas associations can collect these moneys to themselves
even if your a moslem (Riba).
