This is what Ugandans wanted already from their last Moshi Conference , they held in 1979 ,  to throw out Field Marshal Idi Amin and his gangsters from Lado / West Nile as foreigners  they said were ruling Uganda  . M7 is their creation . By the way they were thousands of ways to have taken Idi Amin from power , but the Ugandans chose it their own way by Moshi Conference Agreement as already explained on this forum desk . 

Some  Ugandans continue still saying their bla   ---- bla -- bla nonsense talks only on this forum desk of UAH of their Ugandan issues and we from Lado pay no attention  to that . However , there are still a few Ugandans as we know are by the side of Lado already believing now  to change the Ugandan Politics in favour of Lado to create a better understanding relationship between Lado and Uganda as the two Black  African Country - States as per 1892 Lado recognition and 1894 Uganda recognition being two different existing States in Africa , than relying on the United Kingdoms of Great Britain's foreign policy created in by 1912 - 1914 to occupy Lado for Great Britain and the Kingdom of Belgium pushing the divided parts of Lado to be governed for them through their Satellite ( pinocchio ) independent Countries , which are : The United Republic of Sudan lately , in 2011 , divided by Great Britain and United States  as North and South Sudan States ;  Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic State of Uganda .

Ugandans till to date ,  call us from West Nile and Madi as Stupid and ignorant people inspite of the fact , we  never signed in any Legal Document ( since from 1871 in International Political Affairs and in Ugandan Political Affairs from 1894 ) to be 

Ugandans or to be part of Uganda .

Under M7 still , part of West Nile and including  Madi  Region of Lado is an Occupied Territory by Uganda for Great Britain 

only , as we all know  .

Note :  President of Uganda M7 issues a statement on West Nile being part of Uganda . One can Check and Cross - check  on the statement please  to understand better .
