Your man Rubatasirwa Kayibanda is not content to steal $31 million from British tax payers money donated to help the poor in Uganda to buy an areoplane to use as his toy, he is also dipping his tentacles into the coffers of the Oil Petroleum Fund.. People may argue about Uganda's previous leaders, but none of them was corrupt. Rubatasirwa is the most graft-ridden thug our country has known. "Corruption" is his middle name.
