{UAH} Start Foundations- If you are poor you are as good as dead

Here is how the foundation can work for you

I do not know why social democrat George Okello has not written about
it or advised Ugandans to seek out these people. He nevertheless
picked on an electronic investment wealth scheme he posted here awhile
ago.

UK and London in particular has people who have millions of pounds in
banks or somewhere else (Dubai, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Frankfurt etc).
These individuals, probably in their millions, can borrow you money at
not more than 2% rates for more than 10 years.

They are retired; Barristers, Engineers, Real Estate owners, Bankers
you name it

If you get that money, reinvest the same amount in East African Banks
at fixed rates of 4, 6% either in Uganda or Kenya implying you will be
making something like 3% on the entire invested sum.

EAC banks borrow out that money in their respective nation's currency
at 14-15% or above interest rates or in West Africa in dollar
currencies.

Insist on a fixed rate of not less than 4,3% to generate a reasonable
income if not long a term investor.

For these millionaires and billionaires their idea is to see that
their money is safe, is not redundant and is working for them.

If five people from Atiak in UK, can each get let us say 3.5 million
dollars, you can invest that amount in the same basket pool and use
the annual earnings to support given business entities in your
locality at a small socially affordable rates (return).

This implies you will be making more money through your investment
bank than you can get anywhere. And the banks here in Uganda and Kenya
are will to manage your investment at very small cost.

That is how Bill Gates continues to earn money by giving to poor Africans.

To note, empirically, on the African continent there is no country
that will make a leap into European social welfare state in our life
time. They simple do not get it.

But YOU can make it for your community with the above money even if
you decided to build community houses at UG 150000 Shs monthly !
