{UAH} Start Foundations- If you are poor you are as good as dead

The people coming from Buganda , Ankole , Acoli, Lango , Kigezi who
have served in all these governments and accumulate enormous riches,
had they founded foundation like Bill Gates and through such
foundations promoted their own people maybe Uganda would have some
people like Mark Zuckeberg, Elon Musk, Mehta, Madvani, Mark Spencer ,
Noble, or Henry Ford.

I can believe the riches people worked in Government in the 1960, 70s
and 80s, 90s had/have. The same can be archived differently a I have
mentioned.

Get to work.
