CONTRITION IN TANZANIA.
About 400 suspects in Tanzania corruption crackdown have pledged to return stolen money amounting to Tanzanian shs 4.8 billion. The suspects were pardoned by Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli after they showed willingness to return stolen cash.
Will we see a similar gesture of contrition and restitution by the NRA corrupt thugs? Rwandan Mafia Outlaw, the boss of bosses Yoseri kayinabda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni is himself believed to have siphoned over $12 billion of Uganda's public funds and hidden the loot in off shore accounts in Bermuda, Israel and the UK. Will Rubatasirwa ever return this loot back to the coffers of the Ugandan state?
