In 1998, Raila rushed to KANU after being bought, 18 months later started crying that he was shortchanged.

In 2002, he rushed to Kibaki and hurriedly signed an obscure MoU, by June 2003, he started crying about the MoU and he cried for 5 years poisoning the country with hatred until thousands died and nearly a million displaced.

 In 2008, Raila rushed into a PM post that had 0 powers, and spent 5 years crying about nusu mkate.

In 2018, he was bought again... And less than 24 hours after pompous launch of BBI, he has started crying.

The only sad thing about this time is that the old Conman oversaw complete destruction of Kisumu and decimated 20,000 small enterprises.

We don't know how far he will go

Matters for approval via a referendum are itemized in Art. 255(1) of the constitution. None of the BBI issues meets that threshold. Raila Odinga is now rejecting his own BBI report, drafted by his trusted experts (Amos Wako, Adams Oloo, & Paul Mwangi) . 👆AS RECEIVED 👆
