Is this a class on The Environment-  when I was Chair of Governors of my children's  London primary school, I noticed the teachers sometimes took the children out into the open to teach them about the environment- so is this what this school is up to, or is this a classroom for these lovely children? If it is a classroom, I would be pleasantly shocked at yet another wonderful achievement of your 10 Point Programme, although I have now lost count of which particular one.

Below is NRM primary school where they claim tax payers money is spent on everyday, weekly, monthly and annually. it has seven classrooms (primary 1 to 7) but classes conducted under trees around school compound due to lack of class room block though budget is passed annually for such schools🏫. And the worst comes to worse whenever it rains and when the ⛅ is too much.
Katengereire primary school in Namutuba district is the name.
But the question is, where does education funds go to? Janet Kayaha has also encroached education sector to kill young population who are looking for future in such a way.
Uganda in wrong hands!
