The Electoral Commission (EC) has extended the Voter Register Update exercise which was meant to end today by five days-until Monday December 16, 2019.
Most members here are unregistered and so, naturally, won't vote but when they lose they will whip up a storm-RIG, RIGGING, RIGGED, RAGGED!
All those Abbeys take Besigye on a merry-go-round to nowhere. There are only two voters here including myself and Tony, and we never WASTE our votes.
