As we enjoy this weekend with a some nice weather, let us remember that it is only temporary, we are in winter. By the way if you took the moment to be  observant you will realize that today we have had the shortest day of the year, and tonight we are getting the longest night of this year. That means that from tonight on wards, the nights are going to start to become shorter as days become longer. We are tonight crossing the middle point into summer. And I know that what I am talking to you right now does not make sense, but tonight we are going to sleep the most in dark, and then the sun will start to show up in our windows as we turn around the nightmare into the summer. The holidays are next week, although I am working through out, but if you have the leisure of staying home, kindly enjoy, and have a merry Christmas with all of those that you care about. At the end of it all make sure that you take a moment and take care of yourself, not the people you love but yourself. Get that one second and reflect with joy about your life.
