{UAH} Why do Macron, Trudeau, and BoJo find it so funny if Trump is unorthodox about things including press conferences? Does Trump intimidate these people with his unpredictability?

No. They think he's a ridiculous rambling buffoon. Even Boris Johnson, the man probably most compared to Trump on the international stage (looks aside, he's not. Boris only pretends to be as stupid as he sounds and is actually quite a canny and cunning politician, though not ethical). Nobody finds Trump respectable, let alone intimidating. Kim Jong-Un was able to run rings around Trump, and he runs a poverty-stricken banana republic.

There's also the fact that Trump is facing both impeachment and a difficult election year, so may not be in office long enough to do anything about his myriad empty threats. Even if he survives both, at most he's got four years to go and diplomacy moves slowly.

They don't find him unorthodox, because he really isn't (as far as narcissistic demagogues go, he's fairly run of the mill, a less eloquent Huey Long type of the sort parodied in Sinclair Lewis's It Can't Happen Here. Go read that book and tell me that the speeches of that fictional 1940s politician don't sound positively Trumpian) They find him ludicrous, unstable and grotesque because he is.

Nobody who doesn't directly benefit from Trump's corrupt and malignant personality (ie: Pretty much Vladimir Putin and nobody else) has much good to say about him on the international stage. That's been known for a long time now.
