{UAH} The fifth column: Museveni's Strategy of politically weakening his opponents.
It's the same textbook for those who pay attention. He never does anything differently.
-- 1. When the Northern Uganda out of distrust steming from the Nairobi piece jokes and rejected him, he let the war drag on severely breaking the social fabric. Their way of life was forever altered.
2. The Bakonjo have always had a problem with the govt in power. Little wonder Obote 2 cleverly sent the Mumbere abroad away from his people. UPC had a hard time winning seats in Kasese which was a DP strong hold. Even the lone UPM seat was a protest vote after a DP candidate got murdered.
Fast forward, it's a well known FDC strong hold. Having tried everything to bring back into his fold and failed, M7 lost patience and dispatched the Butcher of kasese to do the needful. You all saw what happened.
3. Dr Besigye. Did you ever wonder how he became an escapee artist? Many keep suggesting that he had sympathizers within the security system. That's partly true but his real intelligence network was these chaps of the body boda. Yes boda boda. Having failed to infiltrate Besigye's body body, saw the rise of boda boda 2010. Unfortunately, it went above and beyond why it was created. It also became among many other things an ESO of Rwanda. If the amount of money that KK spent will ever be known, many Ugandans will die of shock.
4. Now watch carefully People power. Truth is and I can almost bet that people power will win most seats in local elections in Buganda. But watch carefully who they will pay allegiance to in darkness.
Bobi Wine is a power to reckon with. He represents a solid force that any sitting government would be scared of. I may be wrong, but I think the PP movement has been heavily infiltrated. Again I may be wrong but knowing the modus operandi of Musevenism, it's hard to believe that he does not have a well thought out plan that is in force as we speak.
I guess it's the nature of the people of Uganda. We pray that all goes well. Unfortunately, when you point out some of these things, you are lebaled all sorts of names.
