MAJOR MICHEL MUPENDE WAS DELIBERATELY HIT BY A POWERFUL CAR THAT WAS BEING DRIVEN BY MEXICAN
Major Michel Mupende was deliberately hit by a powerful car that was being driven by a Mexican, while he was driving his daughter to school in the morning.
While speaking from the hospital bed, he said he and his daughter were safe. About the accident, he says he is sure the Mexican was hired to kill him because he had already noticed this particular Mexican tailing him before today.
Major Michel Mupende is a former RPA officer living in exile who recently described in detail how Major General Fred Gisa Rwigema died and accused Paul Kagame of the crime.
