{UAH} New Cities....

It is clear rural populations are intensifying poverty in the
motherland. What can be done to bring rural folk to speed with city
main stream economy?

How does your government tackle lack of 100s of technical people &
infrastructure standards that will make new cities; technically
compliant, livable, investment attractive and speed up project
implementation on scale and time?

Should new cities only prioritise new urban technologies (Germany),
old technologies or both

How should City technical departments be organised and what are their
respective roles in a changing technology administrative,
organizational and managerial spaces?

Have Ugandans urban architects had time with infrastructure, urban
engineers, planners and economists to discuss future form of urban
Uganda?
