If FBI or any law enforcement agency stops you or comes to your home, you are not required to - and SHOULD NOT - speak to them without a lawyer present, and DO NOT let them into your home.

"I do not want to answer questions now. Give me your card and I will have my lawyer contact you."

THAT'S IT.

Then call CAIR or the National Lawyers Guild or an attorney you know.

I repeat. DO NOT speak to them without a lawyer present. Innocent people are in prison because they spoke to them without a lawyer. DO NOT be that guy.
