Matiang'i is busy constructing new police stations on previous danger spots of PEV and DCI has just smoked out a fake police post being run by a former Police Training School Instructor at Kiganjo who had KDF and Police uniforms and "crime exhibits" like busaa/amalwa.

This ex-police officer Jean Koskei had resigned from Kiganjo in 2008...... and was a high ranking police officer. What damage he has done to date has not been quantified. The year 2008 is part of PEV carnage....... are they regrouping?
