whats the minimum dimensions the BLB accepts to process a land title?
Depends on the standards set by the respective planning authority of the area and the Agreement if any that we have with them. But generally, 8 decimals in kampala and at least 5 decimals elsewhere. We follow the national physical planning guidelines 2011 that provide for 200sq metres for high density areas, 300 for high density,600 for medium and 1000 for low density areas for residential plots. The standards differ for commercial plots
