{UAH} CORONA PANDEMIC: A LANDMARK MOMENT IN MODERN HISTORY.

Fellow citizens,

This is history. A few years from now, the entire earth might find itself discussing the world before and after the virus. When you ask people "Who wants change?", everyone quickly raises their hand. But when you ask them "Who is ready to change?" nobody answers. The Holy scripture says ""Truly Allah does not change a condition of a people until they change what is in them. And when Allah intends something, there is no repelling it." - Holy Qur'an, Surat  Al-Raad, Verse 13:11

So change yourselves, your habits and any misguided earthly arrogance in order to benefit from what lies ahead after the pandemic. We therefore also have to start implementing all the right hygiene safety measures. Implement them diligently rather than look for excuses to do nothing or excuses to continue in our same old ways. This so as to protect yourself, your family, your friends and your community to the best of your ability. As we brace for full impact in Uganda, let us not complain about today's hardships, but rather prepare for even more difficult times ahead. Seeing what is happening in other countries, it is clear that the situation is likely to get worse before it gets any better. But the Almighty adds "Indeed after hardship will come ease".
