{UAH} Cultural quasi Political Ideology a dangerous mix?

Uganda parliament and executive should come out of their slumber and
force political parties to function, otherwise the country is a
ticking bomb.

A mix of many young hopeless poor people, lack of functioning local
governments, cultural quasi political ideological assembly (clan
districts) and militarism is a dangerous mix
