{UAH} payments totalling to UGX 324,358,470 for various activities had not been accounted

The Auditor General's report says payments totalling to UGX 324,358,470 for various activities had not been accounted for at the time of concluding the audit.

AG recommended Makerere reduces the non-academic staff by 700 persons and hires more 100 academic staff.
