Yes, there's same sex relationship. That's addressed in numbers 1-3; but for most Ugandans and Africans from the main continent, it is rare and considered a taboo. 

Sixteen years ago I had a Ghanaian friend in his 60s who picked interest in one white lady, he was very sure he would get her. One day the lady came late, apologized and explained why she delayed. She said she had recently bought a new car which she liked so much but was involved in an accident just before got out. She was called Everyone was saying sorry sorry and Ghanaian friend said  sorry many times, I knew his agenda. Then the lady continued, "You, I cautioned my partner not to use the new because she is nervous when driving but she did not listen, now my insurance is going to increase." When we got my friend almost cried, he said, " Simon, she's a lesbian, oh   no, I didn't know. Simon she is a lesbian. " I wanted to laugh but I tried to control my laughter and I had to excuse myself and left him grumbling. Many African seniors like Mulindwa and Mzee Ocaya do not even want to imagine it.

This is very frustrating and dangerous. Kenya and Cameron have separately reported same safety concerns. It's clear that our African brothers and sisters either do not know the purpose of the quarantine or they simply do not care about their safety and the safety of others.

For Ugandans, I have some suggestions: 

1.Separate hotels and other quarantine centres for males and females, say men in Kampala and women in Entebbe. All staff in those facilities should be same sex with those quarantined. Let them have their thing, Fr. Simon, President Museveni and First Lady Janet will prefer other charges to them. 

2. For every one hour they visit another person in the quarantine, one more week to be added in the quarantine. CCTV cameras to be secretly installed before the centres are opened for quarantine. 

3.Lie detectors incorporated in routine testing in the quarantine centres:did you visit another room? Did you have s*x yesterday? Day of discharge:Did you have sex during the last 14 days? Those in violation to start quarantine again and can be transferred to Luzira. 

People should not risk their lives and that of other people because of lust.
