{UAH} the Entebbe NWSC branch announced that we must all pay our water bills this month

 Today, the Entebbe NWSC branch announced that we must all pay our water bills this month. Whoever doesn't pay will be disconnected. In one of his many messages on TV didn't the President say he would talk to these water people not to disconnect supply because people are not working?
Or was it one of those grandstanding, empty statements?
