{UAH} INTERNATIONAL DAY OF UN PEACEKEEPERS (Photo)

On this International day of UN Peacekeepers, I would like to pay tribute to all my former colleagues, men & women from around the world who have served & continue to serve in UN Peace Keeping Operations. Often becoming the only hope for distraught & traumatized populations trapped in deadly conflicts. Peacekeepers who are putting their lives at risk for peace. Sometimes paying the ultimate price. Standing up for human rights in places where there is virtually none. And doing so with high levels of professionalism, dedication, courage & honour.
