KCCA shouldn't rush the old taxi park project-What can three months do?

Plan and build a storied parking area to accommodate not only a bus park but a private car park as well to get rid of the roadside city parking completely. Our roads are too small to accommodate the parking mess. Create a very strong foundation with a minimum plan of about 10 or more levels of parking space.

I know someone must be itching to have shopping mall spaces there but kindly tame the appetite this time round.

For all the parking money they've collected over the years, let the street parking management companies and other private investors buy condominium spaces on a lease basis and construct pre planned levels with in a specified period.
