REQUIRMENTS FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION
- Company Name Reservation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Registration form S.18
- Statement of Nominal Capital ( for companies with a share capital)
- Proof of payment of fees and stamp duty.
- After preparing all the documents then submit them to nearby URSB offices. ( Uganda Registration Service Bureau)
