Get about 25 people ,fake sickness like flu ,cough or if you can acquire malaria in any how, call the health officials responsible,let them in on the deal, make sure you trust the hotel owner where they could be quarantined/ treated or isolated , sit back and mint money. But this should be very carefully coordinated. Be careful with which ISO fellow you involve.
