It began in Rwanda in 2009. A man called Felix Kulaigye called me to Total Wampewo. He asked me what I was doing and the question was funny. Turned out I seemed to be taking documents to Rwanda and I didn't know.

I robbed the late Aronda of a document, a letter from the president to his CDF. He had his guards chase me upto the Independent Magazine where I gave back the original. That letter was part of a story I wrote over families chased from a mile of land in Kiboga.

Kaweesa at the time was just a baby in Uganda Police. Then a small thing happened. Kaweesi was a small person at the time. He was Rwandese. A person is brought before him. He was a murder suspect. CPS.

I know this personally so it's not told to me. The fellow was a killer but the policeman who arrested him though he was just a suspect. One two three kinyarwanda and Kaweesi put the man inside, released him and put him in his house.

Kaweesi walked to Statehouse and told Mr Museveni everything that man told him.

Museveni told General Kalekezi. The general used my Kenyan friend to find out what I knew. I said nothing.

So Aronda ends up dead and Kaweesi starts going up. He is told to help in infiltration. He refused. He calls me. Imagine from 2013. We agree Ntinda Cafe Pap. STELLA Nyanzi also asks for a meeting that ended up in the strategy for pads for girls.

Felix comes with him mother and two files. He give me one which I have kept with met lawyer. Nyanzi comes and it like a party. Felix leaves.

Kale Kalekezi Kayihura killed that man Andrew Felix Kaweesi. Because he sat with Yoweri and told him small small. Kaweesi gave me and showed me things that afternoon. There is a woman here who is reading and in fear.
