{UAH} Copied..... LDU in a nutshell.

LDU project costed 56 billion to fight kampala bayaaye. The sole objective of this project was to fight urban conmen and muwogo thieves other than creating jobs for the city rejects, Community building and development. It takes nine months for a senior four to make it as a soldier or a police officer but , it only requires 4 month for primary 7 dropouts to graduate with a kalashnikova AK-47 alongside commando mentality. The incentives are almost zero but the powers of the LDU ituri forest militias are made equivalent to those of the regular armed forces and police. Now, no need to wonder why they have become real bedbugs, feasting on the poverty stricken wanainch like residents of wrong turn movies.
