{UAH} In which party isn't a relationship with "the Principal" a deal breaker?

FDC Delegates care less about relationship with Principal.
Sera Eperu lost in Ngora, Norma lost in Kumi, Ben Ocan lost Kapir I think and yet all these are close to POA.
Margret lost in Mbale City, Kawanguzi lost in Jinja West and Ingrid lost in Rukungiri but all these are POA close buddies.

At the beginning, the 'People Power' Advocates used to claim that power 'belongs' to the people ("the principal". It seems however that the NUP principal has taken away that "people power" and is now the alpha and omega.
