{UAH} Bobi promises to join Besigye's plan B if elections are rigged

"We are going to participate in an election as the constitution requires but we shall not allow a situation where the Electoral Commision is announcing a wrong winner. It is better Byakama and his team take this matter seriously because they might drag our country into problems. We are ready to stand on our plan A if the Election is free and fair and If the right winner is announced. Plan B will swing into action if the election is full of irregularities and Byabakama makes a mistake of announcing a defeated candidate." Bobi Wine
