THE BOBI WINE -NUP BETRAYAL: THE TRAITOR WHO CAN'T BE PRESIDENT

Sopecanebefo (Newspeak - add to dictionary). In Oldspeak; Some people can never be fooled! Power belongs to Poor People so let's decide how we shall be governed. 

In the theatre of war, and indeed in the arena of political contest, the proficiency of target selection determines the accuracy of target acquisition. To blunder in that singular aim, is to be fooled some times are all the time. To all those holding NUP Umbrellas/ Party Flags to represent NUP at all electoral levels, you have been duped. To all those who have been sidelined in NUP and are now professing loyalty to vote for Bobi Wine as president while standing  as independents, you are the true People Power movement but traitors none the less.

The formation of People Power goes back 3 years to the Kyadondo East parliamentary by-election that nurtured Bobi Wine's traitorous presidential ambitions. Along the way, I and others cajoled him to form a political party. On my part, it was proposed, in a Fb post, for strategic disinformation purposes. I however didn't point him towards the NUP Party. Others are responsible for recommending that path to him and are now set to pay with burial of their political careers. 

We have established that it is impossible  for someone to buy a political party, perhaps even illegal. In the same breadth, I believe it is impossible for someone to "give away" a political Party. If you watched the body language of Mr Kibalama and Bobi Wine as they spoke in Court, you realise Bobi was not angered that Mr Kibalama was causing him unwanted trouble by his dubious claims of payment negotiations to the tune of $5m. Instead, you notice Bobi Wine seemed to be pleading for time and reason in their dealings; even pulling on his sleeve in a pleasing manner. They failed to agree and minutes later, Mr Kibalama gave contradicting press conferences different from his court utterances. 

What this means is that NUP is scheduled to be disbanded, and Bobi Wine knows this and has shared this information with those he trusts and stated People Power with. These have been sidelined in the NUP NUP Party Flagbearer selections, the likes of Chameleon, Mike Mabike, Kasibante, Keneth Kakande, etc. These are now registering as Independent  Candidates. If you notice, they are all people that were tight with him in the formation of People Power. All those who have been handed Umbrellas, the likes of Namboze etc are holding actual Manvulis to protect from the rain but will be too late for the ballot. Of course Hon Latif Sebagala smelled the rat and threw down the towel. He was very wise in noticing the Kiwani.

What is true is that the Independent Electoral Commission will be closing nominations for MP on 15 Oct 2020; for both political parties and independents. On the 16th of Oct 2020, Court will be deciding the NUP/Kibalama/Bobi party leadership controversy; one day too late for anybody to go and register as an independent. Meanwhile, those who will have already registered as independents, the likes of  Mabike, will have been nominated to run as independents who still identify as People Power. Bobi Wine will still have 2 weeks to register as an independent for president, or join another party as its Flagbearer _ perhaps the reason why FDC is still delaying its presidential candidate selection; and perhaps the reason Namboze is safe coz she will 'deliver' Bobi to FDC or not.

What is not in doubt, is that Bobi Wine has been running for President for about 3 years now and therefore a target of State _ not NRM surveillance for the same period of time. Any state would be interested in all citizens running  for office at the highest levels to check for obvious things like foreign influence via money laundering, jeopardizing of national interests, shifts in geopolitical interests, regional machinations, treason; etc. What those means is that there is no way Bobi Wine could have met with Mr Kibalama to acquire a political party, without  there being recordings of some kind / evidence of their meetings. 

What if they had been meeting to plot to overthrow the state, or peddle influence with state adversaries, or buy arms, etc. Who the state be in the dark of such dealings? Not the Ugandan state. So what is positive is that there is evidence of some kind as to the true transactions pertaining to the exchange of this Party, and that Bobi Wine, though unaware of such evidence, but sure that the Party is untenable has seemingly 'stolen on his true buddies'-( abba'bidde'ko) and they have supposedly been betrayed. The actual people who have been betrayed are the Senyonyi's and others who jumped on this political bandwagon after Bobi was in parliament and hoped to cash in on " the wave"

Come Oct 16 or thereabouts, you will simply not be part of the process so knowing what you now know must ask yourselves if it is worth supporting this 'political traitor for president' or you have time to pursue your ambitions elsewhere while you still have time. I was unsettled with the process of candidate selection but kept my target selection lenses open until Hon Mabike stated on the NBS Morning Breeze that he had been sidelined for an NRM councillor who as recent as the NRM primaries had been apparently campaigning for  Speaker Kadaga and was the fulcrum of Youth livelihood funds in Makindye. Chameleons quiet and diplomatic handling of his nomination as a People Power and Bobi Wine for president simply made it too good to be true so I looked closer. 

So: Sopecanebefo. Am one of those who can never be fooled. My true opponents as a Go Forward Presidential Candidate and indeed political actor are all those currently registering as independents. The People Power strategy to nominate weak candidates who could later be beaten was first tried out minimally in the NRM primaries, per their own admission, and now has been perfected in the NUP candidate selections by selecting really weak candidates at all levels who could then be beaten by the professed People Power candidates who are today being denied NUP flags; perhaps because the true adherents of People Power were pushed into joining or forming  NUP as a political Party and that therefore they have quietly been engaged in a who's fooling who contest; or have been identified as moles or madquereders. Whatever the internal dynamics   that constitute their political strategies, and here I suspect Hon Mabike to be the engineer of this move for the novice Bobi Wine, it would be a true shame for us all to be fooled coz Sopecanebefo and that must hold true. 

Go Forward  ye movement eva mu movement ela movement edda mu movement. Nekitegezza anti ffe wakati wo'kuva no'kudda. Awo obviously tulina kubela on point okusobolla okuva no'kudda. You can shout and hate on me as usual; but as Ghetto Mafia; target selection and target acquisition are key to target 'elimination' - politically. MBA'busse ba'boyi.
