The former National Unity Platform president and founder Moses Nkonge Kibalama risks paying huge compensation costs to his party members following a court ruling that turned him a defeated applicant in the NUP leadership court case.
The High Court dismissed the NUP case with costs against the four applicants; Kibalama who was initially a witness has grievously disputed. But the National Unity Platform is not ready to exonerate him.
