Almost Half the Country Believes 2020 Race was Stolen from Trump

President Trump has very clearly stated that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

These are claims that Trump’s campaign and legal team are backing up with various reports of fraud and cheating. Vote switches via Dominion Voting Systems, backdated and altered ballots, double votes, ballots tabulated multiple times, etc., are each reports being charged by the Trump legal team.

As things currently stand, the nation is fairly split on whether or not they agree the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Trump. According to Breitbart News, 47% of Americans believe that it’s “likely” that Democrats stole this race from the president, hence denying him of an earned second term.

Where the Country Stands on the 2020 Presidential Election

A brand new Rasmussen survey shows the clear divide between the country regarding this disputed 2020 presidential race.

According to the survey, 47% of Americans described the alleged theft and/or destruction of Trump votes for Biden’s benefit as “likely.” 50%, on the other hand, described the aforementioned accusation as “not likely.”

The numbers get even more interesting when accessing the perception of different likelihood degrees. 41% stated the theft and/or destruction of Trump votes for Biden’s benefit as “not at all likely.” Meanwhile, 9% and 11% of Americans cited the accusation as “not very likely” and “somewhat likely.”

Finally, 36% stated that it is “very likely” the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Trump. Breaking down Rasmussen’s findings from a partisan standpoint is also interesting too. 75% of Republicans believe in the likelihood that Democrats stole the 2020 election; on the other hand, only 30% of Democrats agree.

The Integrity of the 2020 Race

Based on the polling from Rasmussen, the perceived integrity of the 2020 race is nearly split down the middle.

Just about half of the nation believes that the presidential election was stolen from the rightful winner; this comes amid Biden’s work to proceed with transitioning into the White House.

Both the Trump administration and General Services Administration have clearly communicated that they won’t move forward with the transition process as election disputes, litigation, and certifications are unfinished.

In response, Biden’s team has indicated the possibility of suing the Trump administration for access to transition funding and more; however, it’s uncertain what case Biden would have, amid no official calls of an election winner.
