{UAH} I have no idea where that encircled gentleman is

I have no idea where that encircled gentleman is. He was deployed to guard President Besigye in the 2006 campaigns.

He is a unique man, did his work not just professionally but with serious passion. He watched the crowd, took care of Besigye and always gave constant updates of the security situation and the anticipation.

Then suddenly, as we headed to the West, the Kiggundu Electoral Commission withdrew him and his entire team. They then deployed a new team which we roundly rejected. By the time the campaign ended, we had no guards.

I wonder where that gentleman is. I would want to have a conversation with him.
