Ugx 3,800,000,000 was spent on sleeper tents at Namboole stadium when preparing it in case COVID cases surged. a tent of 100 capacity was bought at Ugx 163,000,000 each, contractor was meant to supply 20 tents but only supplied 13 and even the ones supplied were blown by wind.
