{UAH} Bobi Wine is a ‘copycat’ says NRMs Mulindwa

The ruling NRM has scoffed at the NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi who has pledged to scrap exam fees for candidates.
While campaigning in Kamuli last evening, Kyagulanyi, pledged to halt the double fees levied on parents citing exam registration fees among others.
He said that schools in his government will have the role of teaching, unlike the current situation where he says schools are being used to extort money from parents.
In his campaign also, NRMs Yoweri Museveni is fronting provision of a free education as his priority.
Much as he has been at the helm for 35 years, very many challenges in the education still abound but he is blaming school managements and local governments for frustrating his free education program by levying illegal fees.
The NRM party spokesperson Rogers Mulindwa has however told KFM that Kyagulanyi is a copy cat because he started his campaign without a manifesto and are only building on the NRM one.
However it should be noted that the NUP launched its manifesto in Mbarara on November 7th and campaigns kicked off ion November 9th.
