John Katumba Promises Public University to Kagadi.

Independent candidate John Katumba was campaigning in Kagadi where he promised residents to give them a public university and grant Kagadi town a city status.

Katumba said Kagadi is lagging behind for lack of an enterprising and visionary leader to stir development in the area.

He assured the residents that once elected into leadership he will develop the area by granting it a referral hospital and a public university.
