{UAH} What is the probability that Trump will win the election in 4 years?

If Trump does not stop talking about how he can overturn the election after the Electoral College votes today, he will not be eligible to run in 4 years.

Congressman Bill Pascrell noticed that there is a requirement for being President that we all forgot about because it is in an obscure clause of the 14th Amendment, not Article II. It only applies to those who have taken the oath of office, but Trump has done so. If someone who has taken the oath tries to foment a coup, they cannot be President.

Since Fox News, OAN, and Newsmax are probably not talking about this, he may not get the message in time to preserve his eligibility. But once the Electoral College votes, it is done. There is no constitutional way for him to remain President. It is possible to stop Biden from becoming President, but then Pelosi becomes acting President. So if Trump continues to suggest he still has avenues remaining, he is talking about extralegal avenues. Proposing them violates his oath of office
