Museveni must be cooking something hotter than pilipili(red pepper) unless the rift subsidises. He is a guy who enjoys challenges. He treats that defeat as a challenge. Based on the intelligence he receives most of it false, he will want to show he is still in control.

Whatever will be done might not change the new dynamics on the ground... things are running out of hand with buganda and now Busoga has followed - wait for eastern... even the roads or ministerial positions might not change anything
