{UAH} WAY FORWARD FOR OPPOSITION

1) Opposition rallying more NRM leaning independents to be more objective in debates and possibly support their positions on critical matters. With that, we can reduce the risk of losing them to NRM retreats in Kyankwanzi,

2) Push the diplomatic front, working together to support the ICC case other than taking isolated party actions,

3) Maintain and enhance the visibility of the 4 change members in parliament through committees. In particular, the FDC and NUP should agree and work together instead of engaging in cheap fights.

Some could work, others might be difficult. Parliament is generally dysfunctional especially when you have a mercenary like Oulanyah leading it or a puppet in Kadaga. Top leadership in Parliament matters a lot.
