Eight suspects in the murder of Major Kiggundu are expected to be released today after DPP withdrew charges against them. One of the suspects showed up at Court limping after he was allegedly beaten in Luzira Prison for staging a strike over missing food and delay to be produced in Court. All suspects are Muslims
