{UAH} IT IS WAY TOO LATE TO CALL ON THE MOVEMENT VIOLENCE IN UGANDA AFTER THIS ELECTION -> Part two

And on the so many UPC members Besigye targeted and brutally murdered in my district, it just frustrates me when UPC members in this forum join in ignoring the violence that their own party members in Luwero walked through. One would have thought that as soon as the war ended, UPC would have been inside Luwero to take a complete account of what member died and how he or she died, they did not bother. UPC abandoned its real blue wall in Uganda and decided to take the party to Uganda House and start a very seriously childish infighting. Several mistakes were done and I do not even know where to start from, thus I am just going to go all over the God damn place. When Mama Miria was appointed, she walked into Uganda House than going into Luwero, I do not even think she campaigned into Luwero. Olara Otunu never bothered with Luwero for to them the party had so much infighting and wanted to remain in Kampala, going after Museveni, than careering about those that lost lives for their party. That total neglect of the Blue wall totally damaged the party in the district.

 

I have stated over and over that the party is done in Uganda politics, I need to add an addendum to that stand for the sole purpose of this piece. Those of you in this city or province remember how the Liberal party in Ontario got screwed under Dalton McGinty, we were going to be wiped out totally, but he made a very smart move and prorogued parliament, he resigned and brought in Kathleen Wynne to run the government through the campaign. Kathleen stood on top of a dying party and rebranded it, she brought in a new team, new faces and a new agenda, guess how we did in the election, we came back with a firkin majority. UPC had a chance to rebrand its self and it had a chance to come back and reasonably run a decent campaign, for it has a bank of previous successes that it would have used to rekindle its self, but that rebranding had to be very strategic. Here we go.

 

Every success that UPC held in that country was built on actually only two words “Grass Root”. They had to get the heck out of that Uganda House and go back to building the grass roots, and the base should have been right inside the Blue wall Luwero District. You get brand new faces in the party and instruct all the old Goats to get out of the party and allow the new faces to run it. Mama Miria’s appointment was an insult to common sense. Olara Otunu belongs to jail, and no offence. Jimmy Akena should have found another thing to do in Uganda for Uganda is very large, the Bossa crap good Lord whose advice was that? But you see it is the old Goats that allowed the Acholi, Kiiza Besigye and NRA totally to feed on Luwerorians. Kathleen Wynne never rebranded the Liberal party by bringing in the party old Goats, she came with her brand new faces and she started her platform building on the mistakes that the party had done and making them right. There is this stagnation in the party that believes that the old Goats are the only people to run the party, and as soon as a corpse like Bossa gets anointed, Gook raises a glass for now we are back, now the eating is about to start, and the next sentence is may Jimmy Akena run out of Uganda House. Have you heard from Bossa since he was anointed? Just curious !!!!!! Gook’s hand with a glass is getting dried while still up and the wine is slowly evaporating.

 

Those brand new faces would have been the very good weapon to attack the resurrection of Luwero back into the party, and you do not create rallies into Luwero, you go home by home. You talk to that old one by one, the young one by one, and every firkin discussion you say starts with a sentence, “I am terribly sorry for what Acholi did to you” “I am going to make sure that Acholi never do this again to you” “I am promising to you right now that it is going to be a party policy to never allow Acholi become the attack Dogs of the party” “I am going to do everything humanely possible to  see that every Acholi that hurt your family is brought to books” Now if you read carefully, I am not starting this discussion with were you hurt by Acholi in the war? Were you hurt by NRA in the war? Every one was. You go in on your knees with a guilt and it is the people of Luwero to tell you that they were not hurt, but your agenda must be based on all of them were hurt. You own the very crap your party created. You accept it and own a responsibility to never allow it to come back into Luwero.

 

You do not campaign in Luwero, and you do not build party positions, you go into Luwero to start a conversation that might take five to ten years. Every body you find has a wound, and it is your God damn job to lick, nourish and treat that wound for you created it. When an election is called in the country you declare that the party is not going to contest for it is still talking to the people of Luwero to get a real feel on how Luwero can be brought back into the books of the party. You raise them that high. At the tail of that conversation, you run a secondary operation in Acholi to find any one that looted property, raped a woman, or held a forced marriage and hand him to the government, and it does not matter if is the Museveni government or other government in Uganda, you just hand all of them in. Their conviction Is not your problem that is the sitting government problem, but you are sending a very clear message to the people of Luwero that you know they were hurt, and you do not protect firkin rapists. And do you know what is funny? Most of those women that were forced married to Acholi are still alive in Luwero today, I would bus them into Acholi and show me exactly what hut they were thrown into to be forcefully fucked. Trust me they know exactly where they are.

 

You make sure that every thing you do in Luwero is reported nationally, all your meetings, all your sittings, and the entire presence in Luwero must be documented. You are sending the message of Luwero nationally through the reporters. Your successes and failures inside Luwero, must be in the press, for you want to call the national attention to exactly how the new party will function. You do not go into the NRA violence that is not job, your job is to resurrect the party thus just own to your own violence.

 

The new people to rebrand the party would be selected in such a way that they are out to bring a new infusion of fresh blood, UPC has a whole whack of brains out there, they have some smart women out there and I think a woman as a party leader, young brilliant and educated would be fit for this resurrection agenda. The days of the Yoga Adhola’s must be publicly and forcefully declared expired. Because of the lots of youths in Luwero and Uganda per say, I would encourage that leader to raise some fire brand youths within Luwero to work with, as that job intensifies, grass roots would be created in Uganda starting exactly in Luwero, then you expand on that work nationally. Now you are good to go for the national campaign. Now even EM can agree to campaign for you inside Luwero, for now you have made Luwero the back bone of the party it was once. Now some of you can ask why I am not writing on how The Besigye’s can revive their Luwero actions, no I do not think they need to, for they are not a political party, they built an organization like an Amoeba to self-destruct at the end of the day, and they are right on track of doing exactly that.

 

Friends if UPC ever go back into Luwero to campaign without owning to the nonsense they created in that district, I will personally go back and stand in Luwero in support of any sitting government, just to fail them. And trust me I can easily win a sit in that district with ease.

 

And yes that is a firkin threat  !!!!!  Call the RCMP itchy fingers.
