{UAH} Food for thought: If I were PRESIDENT

1. I would make sure the heads of the army, police and prisons are from Teso and hand them the consitution. Also I would entrust them with the  education docket.

2. I would make Acholi and langi Technocrats and accounting officers. Especially where banyankole and Baganda are. 

3. I would make sure banyankole are as far away as possible from financial institutions which I would rather entrust  to  Baganda.  Banyankole will simply steal everything. Baganda can be very resourceful . They know how to "multiply money" so to say. Unlike banyankole who rather spend time bragging how much thy have while plotting to steal more.

4. I would never allow Bakiga with govt secrets as they do not have shock absorbers. Neither would I allow banyarwanda in any security institution. Too much trouble.

5. My choice for diplomatic duties goes to west nilers , Batoro and the always arrogant Japs.

After that we can mix and match down under.
